Once your order is placed, if you have input your email address during checkout, you will receive an email confirmation with your order number. If you felt you have not received this email, please be sure to check your spam folder. If you still cannot locate it, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to resend it.
On average, orders are processed within 3-5 business days from the time the order is placed. Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Estimated transit times are 5-7 business days.
Once a package leaves our shop, we are unable to control how it is handled by the carrier. Please verify your shipping address is correct at checkout (through our shop AND through PayPal if you choose to checkout with their services) before submitting your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly submitted addresses. Customers are responsible for paying any re-shipping charges associated with a package if an incorrect shipping address is entered at checkout.
Unless otherwise noted, we are unable to make any changes to order details (name, address, products, combining orders, cancellations, etc.) once an order is submitted through our shop. Please verify your shipping address at checkout before submitting your order.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All orders are non-refundable. We'll happily send a replacement if something arrives damaged but must be made aware of these damages within 7 days of receiving your order. Should your order arrive damaged, please contact us immediately so that we can do our best to resolve the issue. Please contact us at: firstname.lastname@example.org. Shipping fees are not refundable.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
If your package was marked as delivered but you have not yet received it, please take the following steps:
1. Check with neighbors to see if the package was left at their place of residence.
2. Reach out to your local post office facility.
Once your order has been received by USPS, we are no longer responsible for the package. If your order has been damaged or lost, you are responsible for filing a claim with USPS and we will quickly proceed once a resolution has been determined. USPS Priority Mail is insured up to $50.
